This website www.OasisFarmz.com is operated by Oasis Farmz. The policy is issued by ‘Oasis Farmz’. By placing an order on this site you are entering into a purchase/sale transaction with Oasis Farmz. The terms and conditions are enumerated, but not limited to, as follows.
Definitions
“Agreement” means the terms and conditions as detailed herein including all schedules, appendices, annexure, privacy policy and will include the references to this Agreement as amended, supplemented, varied or replaced from time to time.

“Customer” / “Buyer” shall mean the person or any legal entity who accepts the offer for sale on site by placing an order for and or purchases any products offered for sale on the site or directly to Oasis Farmz through telephonic call, message, whatsapp, email or walk-in at the premise. All orders whatsoever may be punched using this website for all the customers, purely on the discretion of Oasis Farmz. “User”/ “You” means and includes you and/or any person or an entity including Vendor/Seller/Affiliate using or accessing the services provided on this Site, or physically visiting the premise of Oasis Farmz, or telephonically/electronically placing the orders to Oasis Farmz.
Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into a legally binding agreement and have the requisite authority to bind the other party to this Agreement. You shall not use this Site or become a customer/vendor/reseller/affiliate of Oasis Farmz if you are not competent to contract under the applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Term
This Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect for so long as you are using the site, directly or in directly. The site provides a platform wherein the Users can purchase/buy the products and services listed on it, either through the website, or through telephonic or whatsapp or message order, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth below. By clicking on the “Proceed to Payment” button, you are agreeing to use the Services in a manner consistent with and abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and with all applicable laws and regulations.
Termination
Oasis Farmz may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause. However, Oasis Farmz reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the products and services offered on the site or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
Oasis Farmz may at any time modify the terms and conditions contained on the Site without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the Terms and Conditions at any given time. You should regularly review the Terms and Conditions. In the event the modified Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the site or the services of Oasis Farmz. However, if you continue to use the site or using the services of Oasis Farmz through other mediums, you agree to accept and abide by the modified Terms and Conditions
Online and Offline Shopping Platform
You further agree and undertake that you are accessing the services available on this Site and Oasis Farmz, and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site or directly. Oasis Farmz will use its sole discretion to use this site to punch in any and all orders received from any customer/reseller/affiliate
Oasis Farmz accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties. The address and other details at which delivery of the products ordered by you are to be made should be correct and proper in all respects; and is your sole responsibility.
After the receipt of payment from the Buyer/customer as the case may be, Oasis Farmz shall arrange for the delivery of the product to the recipient at the shipping address provided by the Buyer. Any and all orders placed by you on this Site are a firm commitment to purchase and you are obligated to complete the transaction and not contest it in anyway.
Before placing an order you are advised to check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description and any presumptions whatsoever shall be your own risk and judgement, without any liability to Oasis Farmz
Product Pricing
Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updation may occur. Oasis Farmz reserves the right to cancel the order in case of any kind of dispute. Refundable amount, i approved by Oasis Farmz, is credited to the customer’s bank account shared using the link sent in SMS by the Oasis Farmz. Refund is credited as per the norms of the payment gateway involved i.e. ICICI/paytm/ICICI-razorpay or any other gateway that may be used on this platform.
Offer & Cashback
Oasis Farmz shall update any and all offers and promotion, and its terms and conditions, at the time of offering them, and at its own sole discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once received by Oasis Farmz can only be cancelled at the discretion of Oasis Farmz. Customers can not cancel the orders on their own. Oasis Farmz is not liable to refund partial or full amount to the customers/resellers/affiliates after the receipt of the order.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with privacy policy, and other rules and policies posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as set forth fully in these Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Oasis Farmz with respect to your use of and material available through the site, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and Oasis Farmz with respect to this site or Oasis Farmz directly. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved by Oasis Farmz
Vendors
Oasis Farmz sells its products through its own production, as well as products produced by its vendors. Oasis Farmz reserves the rights to protect its privacy and not disclose any and all of its agreements and certifications, and is not liable to make them available to its customers at any time. The customers/resellers/affiliates shall have no right to demand or ask about the same from Oasis Farmz.
Communication
By registering with Oasis Farmz, either through this site, or through telephonic/electronic/direct walk-in medium, you give us the permission to send you notifications on WhatsApp, sms, email or even dirently to the communication and contact details provided by you.
Billing Policy & Payment
The billing policy is at the discretion of Oasis Farmz. The customer is liable to make the full payment immediately on raising of the invoice, or as advance as per the terms decided by Oasis Farmz from case to case. In case of bill payment by cheque, please draw the cheque in favour of ‘ Oasis Farmz’. Two payment gateways have been made available on this site, both through ICICI Bank – The razorpay gateway and PayTM gateway. In case of bill payment in cash, it shall be the customer’s responsibility to ensure the receipt of complete payment at the Oasis Farmz premises.
Return Policy
Oasis Farmz ‘s return policy gives you an option to return the product within the same day of delivery only. Customers shall be responsible to not use the product and preserve it’s original packaging and seal. Opened or damaged products will not be returned. Oasis Farmz reserves the right to accept or reject the return request. If approved, only alternate product of equivalent amount can be purchased. No refund shall be issued.
Customer Referral Program
Oasis Farmz may come up with a referral programme from time to time. Its terms andconditions shall be updated at that time.
Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or related to the referral program shall be resolved under applicable Indian law, and the courts of New Delhi shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any dispute with regard to this referral programme, irrespective of place of purchase/credit of bonus
Pre-paid Wallets
Oasis Farmz may come up with a prepaid card/wallet programme from time to time. Itsterms and conditions shall be updated at that time.
Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or related to the referral program shall be resolved under applicable Indian law, and the courts of New Delhi shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any dispute with regard to this referral programme, irrespective of place of purchase/credit of bonus
Communication Policy
By signing up with Oasis Farmz, customer agrees to receive communication on WhatsApp, push notifications, SMS, Email, Customer Support Call, App, Website and physical addresses.
Disclaimer
“We as a Retailer shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time”
